Scientists: Sport on the weekend reduces the risk of early death by 30%

British scientists conducted a scientific study in which they analyzed information on the health of 63,000 people and concluded that sports on weekends reduce the risk of early death by approximately 30%.

In their report, the scientists noted that the result can be obtained provided that sports activities are held regularly on Saturday and Sunday and last a total of 150 minutes. The study also found that the risk of chronic diseases is lower in people who exercise more often, but for relatively short periods.

Scientists note that if you practice sports only once a week, you need to do stretching exercises before classes, otherwise you can get a serious injury. For beginners, experts recommend first working on the duration of training, and only then increasing the intensity of the loads.
