“About 80% of the world's population drinks coffee every day. Most often, this happens due to a feeling of cheerfulness and concentration of attention. Its effectiveness can last for several hours, depending on metabolism. When a sleep disorder is detected, preference should be given to drinks with a low caffeine content,” said the author of the report, Professor Renata Rikha, who is the author of the study.
