At the beginning of the study, none of the subjects had a lack of vitamins or diseases.
At the end of the experiment. , health problems were found in the first group. Scientists have noted that people who make little chewing movements are prone to gaining excess weight, because they can overeat and not feel the moment of satiety.
This is to avoid health problems such as: obesity, lipid imbalance and high blood pressure, it is important not only to follow the principles of proper nutrition, but also to monitor the speed of food absorption.
