“We are what we eat. The phrase may be hackneyed, but it is very accurate. To maintain life, our body needs energy, which it receives from food. And the general state of the body depends on how useful these products will be,” says the expert.
Rule No. 1.It is not even so important what exactly we eat, how much awareness in the choice of products and their moderate consumption. A person who has mastered this rule easily excludes alcoholic beverages, fatty and fried foods, smoked meats, processed meat (sausage, sausages) from their daily menu… Not just because it is not possible. And because he understands that it will not bring any benefit to his body.
Then what to eat? After all, everything listed in the previous paragraph is consumed in large quantities every day by the majority of the population. In fact, there is always a choice.
Rule No. 2. The diet must include meat (in moderate amounts), fish, eggs – these are irreplaceable sources of protein, which is vital necessary for our body. Because protein is the main building material for it. Without protein, the synthesis of new, young cells is simply impossible.
But the basis for building a menu should not be meat and fish, but vegetables, fruits, berries, greens, nuts, grains and legumes. These products will provide the body with all necessary vitamins, trace elements, useful fats, and amino acids. This is an important condition for smooth and healthy functioning of the body at the cellular level.
