Ingredients
For cooking, you will need the following products:
- sesame seeds — 1.5 tbsp.;
- ripe bananas — 2 pcs.;
- dark chocolate — 50 g;
- peanut butter — 2 tbsp.;
- almonds.
How to cook
The bananas should be ripe so that they can be easily mashed with a fork. Mix them together with the sesame seeds. Mix the mass thoroughly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Form the cookies and make a dent in the center. We will put the filling in it. Send the cookies to the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Prepare the filling. To do this, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Mix in the peanut butter. When the cookies are baked, take them out, let them cool a little and fill them with the filling. Put the almonds on top. When the cookies have completely cooled, the chocolate will harden. Delicious!
