Necessary ingredients:
For 4 servings
- pumpkin-350- 400 g;
- milk-3 glasses;
- butter-30-40 g;
- honey – to taste;
- salt – to taste;
- rice – 1 glass.
How to cook:
- Cut the pumpkin, take out the seeds, remove the inner thread-like shell, and then cut it into small cubes.
- Put the cubes in a saucepan, pour milk, which should completely cover them.
- In the same saucepan, add the washed fig.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for another 30-40 minutes. In the process of cooking, the porridge must be stirred periodically.
- At the very end of cooking, add salt, butter, honey and mash the porridge well.
