Simple pumpkin and ginger soup recipe

Pumpkin soup with ginger is a dish that warms even on the coldest days. Ginger notes make the soup taste appetizing, somewhat spicy, try it to appreciate pumpkin dishes in a new way.
Ingredients:
- pumpkin — 500 g
- potatoes — 2 pcs.
- carrot — 1 pc.
- onion — 1 pc.
- ginger (fresh) — 1 tsp.
- cream (10%) — 100 ml
- olive oil — 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper to taste
Peel the pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, and onions and cut them into large pieces. Fry the onion in olive oil, add the vegetables and pour in water to cover them a little.
When the vegetables become soft, blend everything in a blender, adding grated ginger and cream. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Ginger adds a light spicy touch to the soup, and pumpkin adds natural sweetness.
