
Simple recipe for pickled onions for barbecue, salad and other dishes
components:
- onions-4-5 pieces;
- garlic-2-3 teeth;
- vinegar-2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil – 5 tbsp. spoon;
- sugar-2-3 teaspoons;
- bay leaf;
- black pepper;
- fresh or dry parsley and dill;
- Sal. Cut the onion rings. Put it in a comfortable container, add parsley, dill and bay leaf.
- Add vinegar, mix well.
- Fry garlic in vegetable oil. Wait to be golden in color.
- Pour onions with boiling oil. So it will not be bitter. Then remove the garlic from the onion, or leave – at your discretion and taste.
- stir well. Fold the onion in a jar and refrigerate.
pickled onions are suitable for making barbecue, pickling herring, for a chop, or just like a snack with a piece of bread.
