Eggs. Reheating will destroy the protein structure of these products. It will also lead to disruption of the digestive system.

Spinach. The nitrates contained in it turn into nitrites when heated, and these substances affect the level of oxygen in the blood. In addition, if you eat such food, you can get poisoned.

Rice. If you eat it cooked and store it at room temperature for more than an hour, bacteria will begin to form in it. You can reheat rice only if it is stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Potatoes. Bacteria begin to multiply in potatoes due to the warm air. Moreover, they do not die when heated.

Mushrooms. Due to the destruction of the protein structure of this food when reheated, you may experience heart and digestive problems.
