Rollini are made from filo dough. This is a very thin dough, which becomes uniquely crispy when baked. It is easy to cook with it, and the pastries fly apart with great pleasure. One of the tastiest options is with meat filling.
Ingredients
The following products are required for preparation:
- dough phyllo – 6 leaves;
- minced meat – about 1 kg;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- oil – 40 g;
- yolk – 1 pc.;
- hard cheese – 200 g;
- a pinch of salt;
- spices.
How to cook
Minced meat can be of any meat you like. Fry it with chopped onions. Add salt and spices.
Brush the phyllo dough with melted butter. Lay out the prepared minced meat along two sides. Roll to the middle with tubes from two sides.
Grease the rollini with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. It takes 20 minutes to bake at 180 degrees. Delicious!
