Some sensations after waking up indicate health problems

A series of uncomfortable sensations after waking up may indicate that health is not in order.
Dizziness.Feeling dizzy in the morning can be a sign of low blood pressure. During night sleep, blood tends to accumulate in the trunk, and after waking up in the morning and getting out of bed, blood goes to the abdomen and legs – this contributes to hypotension. In healthy people, the body can restore blood pressure quite quickly, but when this process is delayed, it is very sluggish, orthostatic hypotension is possible.
Headaches. In the morning, they may indicate existing sleep disturbance, insomnia. According to available data, tension headaches are more likely to become chronic in people who often suffer from poor sleep quality.
Fatigue. Feeling tired after waking up can indicate a serious health problem such as sleep apnea. In this case, the functioning of the upper respiratory tract, the part of the respiratory tract that runs from the vocal apparatus to the back of the throat, is disturbed. During sleep, they begin to suffocate, which activates the release of adrenaline and increased heartbeat – there is an awakening for two or three seconds, but then the body falls asleep again. Apnea causes sleep deprivation, hence the feeling of fatigue.
Nausea. If it occurs in the morning, it can be a sign of low blood sugar and diabetes. Diabetics may experience hypoglycemia upon awakening from too much long-acting insulin.
Muscle aches. Muscle aches in the morning may be a sign of fibromyalgia. With this condition, a person may suffer from long-term fatigue, body pain. In addition to fatigue, fibromyalgia is characterized by cognitive dysfunction, problems falling asleep, and mental disorders.
