Spicy Chinese soup with noodles and mushrooms

Chinese-style soups differ from familiar to us It has a sharp taste and a rich aroma, because there are so many ingredients and spices. Try making soup with noodles and hot pepper.

Ingredients for soup

The following products are needed for preparation:

  • vegetable broth – 3.5 glasses;
  • ginger – a small piece;
  • cilantro – 2 sprigs;
  • red pepper (hot) – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • wheat noodles – 50 g;
  • soy sauce – 2 tablespoons;
  • tofu – 100 g;
  • carrot – 2 pcs.;
  • mushrooms – 100 g;
  • lemon juice – 2 tsp

How to cook

Put the broth on the stove and put a small piece of ginger root, a pod of hot pepper and crushed garlic. If the pepper is cut, the taste will be sharper. Bring to a boil and cook for another 25 minutes.

Now you need to marinate the tofu cheese in soy sauce. Cook the noodles separately. Then spread it on plates (enough for 4 servings).

Strain the broth and put it back on the stove. Add tofu, mushrooms and carrots to it. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Place everything on plates, season with lemon juice and garnish with cilantro. Delicious!
