Recently, news about people being “grabbed on the street” allegedly by representatives of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC and SP) began to appear less and less often.
Journalists asked why from consideration the draft law on military police in Ukraine was withdrawn. According to him, today the country needs fair and high-quality military justice in the complex. It is about: the military police, the military prosecutor's office, the system of military courts and military lawyers.
All this, as the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada stated, is called “specialized justice”, which should deal exclusively with issues of committing certain offenses in the military sphere.
At the same time, he is convinced that since the adoption of the law on the mobilization of “grabbing people on the streets” decreased. The electronic register, including the “Rezerv+” application, played a big role in this.
“It is now working. You know that already it seems that more than 1.5 million people have updated their data. And everything happens mainly in a civil sense. And you can see that the number of these “arrests” and “implantations” has decreased many times, because people have the opportunity to update their data on their own so that they can fulfill their military duty,” continued the head of the Verkhovna Rada.
