Perfectly quenches thirst and puts you in a great mood! Try an alcoholic strawberry mojito with white rum. Refreshing, bright and incredibly tasty! With a summer Cuban cocktail you will feel lightness, joy and freshness.
Ingredients:
- Rum (white) – 50 ml
- Mineral water (or Sprite ) – 150 ml
- Lime – 0.5 pcs.
- Strawberries (medium sized) – 3 pcs.
- Mint (big sprig) – 1 pc.
- Ice – 1 glass
- Syrup (strawberry) – 2 table. l.
Preparation:
Wash the strawberries, lime, and mint and dry them with paper towels.
Cut half of the lime into large pieces arbitrarily.< /p>
Cut two medium-sized strawberries into circles or cut each berry into 4 parts.
Send the sliced lime into a cocktail glass. Add strawberries here.
Cut off the lower leaves from a sprig of mint, leave the top for decoration. Add the mint to the strawberries and lime.
Use a mortar and pestle to mash all the ingredients. If you don't have a mortar at hand, you can use a fork or a spoon.
There should be no puree in the glass. It is necessary to make sure that pieces are preserved and at the same time all the ingredients give juice.
Add frappe ice (crushed or crushed ice) to the cocktail glass. Frappe can be made at home. To do this, put large pieces of ice in a dense plastic bag, close it or tie it. Take a wooden mallet and use it to crush large pieces of ice.
Pour 50 ml of white rum into the glass. Mix all the components with an ordinary spoon.
Next, fill the glass almost to the brim with ice.
