Summonses will be served in a new way: the Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made changes to the method of sending summons by mail. Under the new rules, subpoenas and other subpoenas to Territorial Collection Centers can be sent by registered mail.

This means that every letter containing a subpoena or other subpoena will be sent with a description attachment and with a notice of delivery.

This approach is aimed at ensuring the delivery of documents with important information related to conscripts, conscripts and reservists to the relevant authorities, such as the Territorial centers of recruitment and social support, as well as the Central management or regional bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine and intelligence units.

These changes are aimed at improving the procedure for sending and receiving important documents, ensuring their reliable delivery and traceability of delivery.
