Muesli , pasta and cheese is what many people need every day. But with tasty options or alternatives, you can save a lot of calories without sacrificing pleasure. Saving calories and doing something good for your body is easier than you think. The following techniques can be used to reduce daily calorie intake.
1. Squeeze your own orange juice instead of bottled nectar
There are 124 calories in a 200 milliliter glass of orange nectar. Freshly squeezed juice has significantly fewer calories – 88 calories.
2. Oatmeal with fresh fruit instead of ready-made muesli
Ready-made cereal mixes contain sugar and preservatives. Muesli with dried fruits contains up to 417 calories per 100 grams. Oatmeal, refined with the addition of amaranth or linseed and fresh fruit, does not contain sugar. This saves up to 60 calories.
3. Mozzarella instead of Brie and Camembert
Those who like to eat cheese but want to save calories should avoid fatty cheeses such as Brie with 344 calories and Camembert with 285 calories. Mozzarella at 104 calories is undoubtedly a lighter alternative.
4. Brown rice instead of pasta
Carbohydrates are part of every meal. Replacing pasta with brown rice saves 66 calories per serving.
5. Popcorn instead of chips
In the evenings, many reach for fatty chips on the couch. A serving of chips, i.e. 100 grams, contains 562 calories, while salted popcorn contains only 381 calories.
6. Chocolate instead of peanuts
You can also reduce the number of calories during a snack. Roasted peanuts contain 608 calories. Replacing it with dark chocolate saves 93 calories.
