  • Wheat flour – 65 g
  • Butter – 60 g
  • Cocoa – 20 g
  • Baking agent – 4 g< /li>
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt (without bitter) – 1 teaspoon

Preparation:

Take flour of the highest grade. Cocoa is high-quality, preferably alkalized. Dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 72%.

Combine the chocolate broken into pieces with the butter in a saucepan. Put on a slow fire and melt with constant stirring. Instead of the stove, you can melt the mixture in the microwave. Cool the mass to room temperature.

With a mixer, beat the egg with sugar until light and the mass increases 3-4 times.

Add the cooled chocolate mixture and beat again until smooth.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Pour the flour mixture with the salt into the dough. Salt adds a flavor contrast to the cookies, but if you don't like the combination of sweet and salty, it's better not to add salt at all or add less.

Knead a soft, uniform dough. When the dough began to easily form into a lump, coming off the walls of the bowl, it means it is ready. If necessary, you can add a little more flour.

If the dough is too sticky, put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Roll 8 identical balls weighing 45-50 g from the dough. Flatten each ball with your hands, giving it the shape of an even, round cookie.

Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet 5-6 cm apart, because the cookies will increase in size during baking. Bake cookies in an oven heated to 180 ° C for no longer than 12 minutes. The inside of the cookie should remain slightly moist, and the outside should be crispy.

Delicious!
