Sweet cheesecakes without sugar and honey
1
If you like sweet cheesecakes, but want to limit your sugar intake, and you don't like honey or are allergic, then this recipe will suit you.
Details
To prepare a portion (16 cheesecakes), take:
450 g of soft cheese from 5% (one pack of store-bought)
2 ripe bananas
2 egg yolks
100 g of flour
50 g of butter for frying
Whisk with a blender sour cream with bananas and egg yolks until smooth.
If desired, you can add vanillin or vanilla sugar. This will also give the cheesecakes additional sweetness.
Add 50 g of flour to the cheese and mix.
Sprinkle the surface with the remaining flour and lay out the cheese dough, roll out the sausage, divide it into two parts, divide each into 8 equal pieces.
Now form the cheesecakes: roll each piece in flour and use a glass to form even cheesecakes, flattening them slightly.
Heat a frying pan and melt the butter on it. Put the cheesecakes and fry them over medium heat until golden brown on both sides under a closed lid.
