Tangerine marmalade instead of candies is easy and simple

It is enough to buy store-bought marmalade and candies. Homemade sweets are more useful, and their taste is much brighter. You will get maximum pleasure if you prepare them according to this recipe.

Ingredients

The following products are needed for preparation:

  • tangerine juice – 400 ml;
  • gelatin – 35 g;
  • sugar – 100 g;
  • citric acid is small.

How to cook

Tangerine juice is needed for cooking. It is better to take a natural one, so you need to squeeze it from tangerines. If desired, you can mix with oranges. It's your choice. Slices of citrus should be crushed through a blender and filtered through a sieve.

Pour gelatin with juice in the amount of 70 ml. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Stir the remaining juice with sugar. Throw a pinch of citric acid there. Bring the mixture to a boil, turn off the heat and add the gelatin. Stir so that it dissolves well.

Cool the citrus mixture with gelatin to room temperature. Pour into molds. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the marmalade hardens. Then you can roll in powdered sugar, but this is optional.
