Tasty and aromatic potatoes with smoked brisket

500 g potatoes
250 g smoked brisket
1 onion
parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt, pepper, dried garlic to taste
oil
Preparation:

Cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces and boil until al dente. Drain the water. Meanwhile, cut the smoked brisket into pieces and fry in a frying pan until golden brown. If the brisket is lean, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Then add the chopped onion and fry until transparent.

Put the boiled potatoes in a frying pan, salt, sprinkle with paprika, pepper and mix well. Fry until cooked for 15 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley and add garlic. Delicious!
