Tasty and simple: a recipe for cutlets in the oven
Cutlets are most often cooked in a pan, but the oven helps to achieve a completely different taste and texture. Any dish prepared in this way becomes much healthier and tastier.
What ingredients must be prepared:
- 400 g of pork;
- 200 g of beef tenderloin;
- a tablespoon of dried herbs;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 onions;
- a tablespoon of semolina ;
- 3 tablespoons of flour;
- a teaspoon of salt;
- a tablespoon of olive oil;
- a piece of butter;
- 4 tablespoons of milk.

How to cook:
To make cutlets tastier, it is better to buy meat yourself and grind it with a meat grinder. Take a convenient bowl for mixing minced meat.
Cut the meat into convenient pieces, chop the onion and pass these ingredients through a meat grinder.
Then we completely grind the dried herbs with a mortar and send into minced meat. Meanwhile, mix the semolina with milk and let it stand for a while.
Finely chop the garlic and add it to the rest of the ingredients together with the semolina and salt, mix thoroughly until smooth.
Then form patties. , putting a small piece of butter in the middle.
We use flour as breading. Grease the mold with olive oil, heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 50-60 minutes.
