bring the milk to a boil, pour the semolina with a thin trickle, stirring thoroughly. Leave for swelling, and in the meantime, rub the sour milk cheese, sugar, salt in a separate container. Add the eggs.

Mix the semolina and curd. Stir in a blender until smooth. Pour in the raisins, stir with a spatula and place in a high baking dish. Level the mixture, put thin butter strips on top.
