The best way to take pills has been determined

Researchers from the USA figured out how to achieve the greatest effect when taking pills. It turns out that a person's position while taking medicine is important.
The speed of action of the pill depends on whether we are sitting, standing or lying on our back. Scientists from Johns Hopkins University came to this conclusion. They designed a simulation of the human stomach and then tested what would happen if you took the pill in four different positions: sitting and standing upright, lying on your back, lying on your right side, and finally lying on your left side. And in this rating, the winner turned out to be the winner.
It was established that if the person who took the pill was lying on his right side, the medicine dissolved 2.3 times faster than in a sitting position. As for the least correct posture, it was found lying on the left side. Here the tablets need more than 100 minutes to dissolve, although on the right side only 10.
Such a huge difference puzzled the researchers themselves. They had no idea that the position of the body has such a huge effect on the dissolution rate of the pill. But if you seriously analyze human anatomy, you can remember that the pill itself will not start to work until its contents enter the intestines. And being on the right side, we maximally speed up the transportation of pills exactly there.
