The blood group with the weakest immunity is determined

A group of international researchers conducted a series of experiments to find out which blood group provides its carriers with the most effective immunity. Scientists have confirmed that owners of the fourth blood group are considered the healthiest.

It turned out that their immune system produces interferons in 92% of cases, which is the most effective indicator. Carriers of the third blood group were in second place. Their immunity is able to produce interferons in 91% of cases. Next come the owners of the first blood group, the effectiveness of which in the fight against diseases is about 80%.

Representatives of the second group were in the very last place, since interferons are produced in them only in 40% of cases. This is the worst result among all known blood groups.
