
The Cabinet of Ministers decided to transfer equipment that has not been used for years to hospitals

Ukrainian hospitals will receive almost 14 thousand units of medical equipment and equipment worth 68.8 million hryvnias free of charge.
According to the press center of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the equipment is in working condition, but has not been used for its intended purpose for three to five years.
“We weighed all the options and it turned out that medical institutions are ready to take this equipment, slightly modernize it and use it in work. To make the transfer transparent, we will transfer everything to the Ministry of Health for further distribution in hospitals of Ukraine,” said Minister Stepan Kubiv.
He clarified that the equipment was purchased for the needs of the State Reserve, but is not yet used.
The list of medical equipment that hospitals will receive includes X-ray diagnostic complexes, pulse oximeters, breathing apparatus, artificial lung ventilation devices, masks, oxygen concentrators. A total of 13,952 units with a total value of 68.8 million hryvnias at the time of transfer.
