British chef James Martin advised not store eggs in the refrigerator. He admitted that this trick helps to cook better scrambled eggs.
On the broadcast of the program on the ITV channel, Martin explained that the eggs are able to absorb the aromas of the products they are next to. “In the restaurant, we put truffles in a bowl with rice, then put eggs on top, cover with plastic wrap and leave overnight,” the chef said.
By morning, the eggs are so permeated with the aroma of truffles that the scrambled eggs are no longer you need to add this ingredient.
According to Martin, the same thing happens when eggs are put in the refrigerator. He recommended storing this product exclusively in a dry and cool place.
