The chefs talked about pickled mushrooms: can they be fried or not

What is not done in cooking. They fry, steam, stew, salt and much more. If it is clear what to do with ordinary mushrooms, then the question arises about pickled ones. They are already ready for consumption, but can they still be fried?

Details

Let's say it briefly and clearly. If you can fry pickles, then you can also pickle mushrooms. Are you asking about the meaning of heat treatment? Just to get a new taste.

In addition, sometimes you need to add mushrooms to the dish, and there are currently no fresh ones. You can get away with pickled ones. You just need to prepare them somewhat.

Try the mushrooms on salt. If moderately, then simply rinse them in a colander with tap water. You will have to deal with a rather salty taste. To do this, they are soaked in water for an hour. Then the mushrooms are washed again. For a softened mushroom taste, they are soaked in milk.

Before putting the mushrooms on the pan, cut them (caps, legs). It is necessary to fry in oil. Regarding salt, the issue needs to be controlled. Taste a piece, and then make a decision: to add salt or not. There is no need to fry for a long time, because the mushrooms are already ready for consumption.
