How to cook
The liver should be boiled in water with salt. When it cools down, grate it or cut it into strips. As you like.
Cut the onion finely and fry in oil until transparent. Add carrots and fry everything together until ready. Cool the roast.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips. Now mix all the ingredients together. Season with mayonnaise. If desired, you can add a little salt or sprinkle with ground black pepper. Delicious!
