The chefs talked about the simplest apricot dessert
Apricots are so appetizing, aromatic and beautiful that it is a pity to send them to the oven and grind them. It is best to eat them fresh, and you can supplement them with sour milk cheese filling.
Ingredients
The following products are required for preparation:
- apricots — 8 pcs.;
- fermented milk cheese — 200 g;
- honey — 2 tbsp.;< /li>
- powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons;
- nuts – 2 tablespoons;
- cinnamon.
How to cook
Ripe and beautiful apricots should be cut in half and the pits removed. Now we proceed to the preparation of the filling.
Sour milk cheese will be better if it is rubbed through a sieve. It will become more airy and voluminous. Mix it with honey and a pinch of cinnamon.
In the places where there were bones, put the filling. Place either whole hazelnuts on the apricots, or sprinkle with chopped ones. Also sprinkle with powdered sugar and a small pinch of cinnamon. Delicious!
