The cosmetologist told what the speed of aging of women depends on, how it is related to genetics and other features. She also explained what prevention can be.
The expert claims that aging affects not only the appearance of the skin, but also the underlying layers, as well as bone tissue. Over the years, the skin can become thinner, and the same applies to muscles that lose tone. Bones in the personal skeleton begin to lose calcium, due to which their fragility increases. There are several main types of facial aging, the doctor noted.
The “tired morphotype” is found in approximately 25% of the European population and is considered favorable because women retain their beauty for a long time. The physique of people with this morphotype is normal, the skin also behaves “normally” until the age of 30, but then signs of dryness may appear, which intensify after 50.
The first signs of aging can be observed after 30 and are characterized by the fact that at the end of the day, traces of fatigue and puffiness are visible on the face, it seems to “puff out”. Folds and folds appear already after 45 years, while there are practically no small wrinkles. A cosmetologist recommends taking care of skin with this morphotype already after 25 years, practicing massages, microcurrent therapy, peelings can be added later.
“Deformation morphotype” is more characteristic of Slavic peoples, more than 60% are prone to it. It is usually observed in women with bright facial features, broad bones, in their youth, such girls are attractive, round-faced, and have dimples on their cheeks. With age, the face begins to change, “float” and deform.
In some cases, lumps are formed, a second chin is visible, and bags under the eyes can be observed. Blush in youth can eventually turn into couperose, at the same time, small wrinkles are not clearly expressed. The doctor admits that the cosmetologist is not always able to help people with this morphotype, sometimes they have to turn to plastic surgery. To avoid such aging, the expert advises to take care of the skin from the age of 18-20, trying various stimulating procedures.
“Finely wrinkled morphotype” is most often observed in Western Europe. Such women have a thin build, thin facial features and dry skin. Due to insufficient production of fat, problems can arise as early as 20 years old.
Dryness risks spilling over into small wrinkles, against the background of which, with age, the general picture resembles a “baked apple”. At the same time, with this morphotype, the cheeks and chin rarely sag. A cosmetologist advises such people to take care of their skin from a young age, focusing on nutrition and hydration. It is important not to forget about products with SPF due to the tendency to pigmentation.
“Muscular morphotype” is more characteristic of women of Mongoloid race with a well-developed muscle layer. The skin is dense, has a normal type or is prone to oiliness. With such a morphotype, the face does not age for a long time, but as a result, age-related changes can appear sharply in the form of wrinkles and folds.
In care, it is also better to focus on skin nutrition. “Combined morphotype” can make itself felt after 45 years. It is transitional and is able to combine signs of fatigue and deformation type. This is manifested by swelling, large folds and creases.
