The danger of heated rice is named

Doctors from the Food Standards Agency and NHS England have said that the wax bacillus from heated rice can lead to indigestion.
Experts explained that it is not the heating of this product that is dangerous, but the way it is stored before that. According to experts, rice contains spores of a potentially harmful bacteria – wax bacillus.
If left to store at room temperature after cooking, the spores develop in the bacteria and can cause nausea or diarrhea after eating.

Usually these symptoms develop within one to five hours after eating spoiled food. Doctors advise sending the rice to the refrigerator an hour after it is ready. They noted that it is desirable to use it during the day, heating it up to the formation of steam no more than once.
