The specialist emphasized that the human body is able to assimilate blueberries and carrots only in certain quantities. There is no benefit in consuming these foods in large quantities.

“Carrots, blueberries and other foods that supposedly affect vision are a myth. It is not necessary to eat kilograms of carrots or to consume tons of blueberries, it will not lead to anything,” said the doctor.

The doctor emphasized that you can eat a kilogram of carrots, but this does not mean that that your body will absorb exactly that much.
