The doctor explained why vegetables must be present in the daily diet

The doctor told why it is so important to eat vegetables every day.

All nutritionists, gastroenterologists and other experts insist on the benefits of vegetables and their mandatory presence in our menu. But do we listen to this advice?

“Do you really eat 500 grams of vegetables a day? Many issues are solved precisely by their presence in the diet. In particular, vegetables help to lose weight. Fiber is the magic ingredient that provides satiety and a minimum of calories,” explains the expert.

In addition, vegetables are necessary for maintaining normal intestinal microflora. If you're taking good bacteria regularly but not eating enough vegetables, it's pointless. On the contrary, pathogenic microbiota grow in the intestines. Especially fungi.

It should not be forgotten that vegetables are sources of natural natural vitamins. Of course, you can replace them with synthetic bio-additives, but their digestibility is an order of magnitude lower. And the benefit is less than from vitamins created by nature itself. The more diverse your diet is, the richer it is in terms of vitamins and minerals.

And finally, vegetables normalize our gastrointestinal tract. If you have chronic constipation, be sure to add vegetables and fiber to the menu.
