To preserve youth, you need to eat tomatoes, watermelons and blueberries more often, said a gastroenterologist, therapist. The specialist noted that only care products are not enough to combat age-related changes in appearance.
According to the therapist, no anti-aging program will be effective if the body is exhausted and does not receive enough vitamins and trace elements. Deficiencies can be replenished with the help of properly selected antiage nutrition with the addition of products containing lycopene, anthocyanins, selenium, silicon, vitamins C, A, E, and B7.
The doctor also recommended adding cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and white cabbage to the menu , broccoli and kohlrabi. She explained that these vegetables are rich in antioxidants that neutralize free radicals.
