The doctor named the five most useful food groups for the body
The nutritionist classified the most useful food groups for the body into five groups: fish, vegetables, seasonings, oils and fermented milk products.

“Sea fish must be present in the diet: salmon, mackerel, sardine, herring,” the scientist claims.
Vegetables. The specialist called one of the most useful crucifers are all types of cabbage. According to the doctor, these products contain sulforaphane and indole-3-carbinol – substances that “prevent cancer from forming.” It is also necessary to eat brightly colored vegetables, as they improve blood flow and the condition of the vessel walls.
Seasoning. The doctor recommends including turmeric, ginger, pepper, garlic, and onions in the diet. Spicy plant products reduce tissue inflammation, protect against the development of insulin resistance.
Oil. The group consists of olive and linseed oils, which provide the body with anti-inflammatory polyunsaturated fatty acids. The doctor warned against a large amount of sunflower oil in the diet – it “makes a person sick”.
Sour milk products. This group of products is useful for maintaining healthy intestinal microflora. In addition, it supplies the body with calcium, which is especially important for the prevention of osteoporosis after the age of 40-50.
Also, a dietitian doctor considers it necessary to consume coarse bread, berries, fruits, and buckwheat.
“There is little sugar in such food, it has a beneficial effect on our metabolism, helping cells to constantly renew and self-cleanse,” postulates the specialist.
