During breakfast, a person's diet must include complex carbohydrates and proteins should be present. Ideal dishes in this regard are porridge with milk, yogurt with muesli, a sandwich with whole grain bread.
“You can supplement it with protein, it can be some dairy product, just porridge with milk is a good option for breakfast. Sandwich on grain bread with cheese. Omelet or scrambled eggs, and supplement them with complex carbohydrates, a piece of whole grain bread,” said the nutritionist.
She advised adding foods that are sources of dietary fiber to breakfast. These are vegetables – fruits, some kind of vegetable cut, dried fruit. Something that contains vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber, the nutritionist said. The doctor also recommended drinking half a glass to a glass of water after sleep to restore the water balance.
