Many people perform their rituals every morning. For someone, it is a cup of coffee on an empty stomach, and someone immediately starts charging. British doctor Miriam Stoppard named the actions that are better to avoid in the morning.
They include just coffee on an empty stomach and intense exercises. As for the aromatic drink, it is better not to drink it just after getting out of bed, as it disrupts metabolism and normal blood sugar levels.
And if we talk about morning exercise, it is better to wait a while and give body to wake up before starting to exercise.
According to Stoppard, such training will do the body more harm than good. The expert added that you need to have a hearty breakfast to begin with, and only then start exercising.
Also, you should not drink a glass of orange juice in the morning – because of it, the sugar in the blood “soars to the sky”.
