The impact of harmful food on the human body is often underestimated, says the doctor.
According to the doctor, many people's daily diet includes products that can cause “enormous harm” to the body. The specialist considers sausage to be one of these products. The specialist stated that approximately one third of it consists of unnatural components that destroy health.
“Here is hidden fat, animal skin, cartilage, meat residues, combined in one product. Plus 25-30 percent of transgenic soy, emulsifiers, thickeners,” the doctor noted.
Also, the expert says, people underestimate the danger of canned food. Most of them do not contain “anything useful,” while increasing the risk of heart disorders. In addition, eating canned food can contribute to the development of cancer.
“Many preservatives are carcinogens that increase the risk of developing colon cancer,” the expert specified.
The doctor emphasized that canned foods cannot be consumed on a regular basis – they can only be eaten as an exception, as some kind of “celebration” dish.
The doctor also called white flour dangerous to health. He stated that in addition to starch and gluten, flour contains a chemical reagent that is added to make it snow-white. The most harmful, according to the doctor, is baking:
“White flour baking contains margarine and sugar – this is enormous harm to the body, which then manifests itself in obesity, heart disease, and oncology.”
