The doctor prescribed vitamins to protect against low blood pressure

Taking the right vitamins is very effective for prevention of unpleasant conditions caused by a decrease in pressure.
Low pressure (hypotension) is associated with certain problems – weakness, loss of tone, poor concentration and work capacity, dizziness and others. Attacks of hypotonia “knock out” many people, preventing them from leading a full life and doing everyday things.
Professor Zaur Shugushev said in an interview that a good way to protect against similar conditions caused by a drop in pressure can be the use of certain microelements.
“Prevention of hypotension – intake of vitamins C, E, B, B5, B6, phosphorus and calcium. It is prevention. Hypotension is not treated with vitamins.”
Shugushev specified that a doctor should prescribe the necessary vitamin complex for a person. A well-chosen combination, he emphasized, can help the patient “forever forget about the unpleasant symptoms of low pressure”.
