The doctor shared an affordable way to slow down aging in women

The expert states that women can avoid rapid aging, replenishing the body's reserves of vitamin E.

In an interview with a nutritionist, the opinion was expressed that insufficient levels of vitamin E in the female body are associated with the appearance of symptoms characteristic of aging.

For example, in this case, muscle weakness is observed, vision deteriorates, body balance and gait may be disturbed, reproductive function weakens.

“Skin loses elasticity, hair becomes dull and begins to break,” the doctor added.

One of the best “foods of youth” for women is broccoli – a vegetable with a particularly high concentration of vitamin E.

Other suppliers of it are sunflower seeds, dried apricots, nuts, bell pepper, wheat bran .

Women (and men too) need to get up to 15 mg of vitamin E per day.
