The doctor told how to deal with insomnia

The quality of sleep is one of the important factors in maintaining health. However, not everyone can boast of sound, healthy sleep. The doctor of functional diagnostics told how to improve the quality of sleep and what to do in case of insomnia.

To improve sleep, the doctor advised to review your diet, excluding a heavy dinner. The last meal, according to the doctor, should be completed at least three hours before going to bed. The doctor recommended to include cheese, spinach and chicken in the dinner menu.

For a few hours before going to sleep, the doctor suggested to refrain from drinking caffeine and drinks containing it, as well as from using tobacco.

Before going to bed, the expert advised to take a cool shower and try to get rid of negative thoughts.

If it becomes clear that these measures do not help, it is necessary to contact specialists, the doctor summarized.
