The easiest and most trouble-free way to pickle pepper for the winter

This recipe is so easy to make pickled pepper, that there is simply no easier way to find. The ideal preservation format for the winter.

Ingredients

The following are needed:

  • bell pepper – 2 kg;
  • water – 1.5 glasses;
  • oil – 1 glass. incomplete;
  • vinegar 9% – ⅓ glass;
  • salt – 1 tablespoon;
  • sugar – 4 tablespoons;
  • garlic – 15-20 cloves;
  • greens (parsley is possible).

How to cook

Wash the pepper, cut it as you like. Sterilize the jars. Put some water in the bottom of the jar and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Pour water, vinegar, oil, salt, and sugar into the bowl. Bring to a boil and add pepper. When the liquid with peppers boils, cook for another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Crush the garlic. You can put whole cloves in jars or cut them into several parts. At your choice. Chop the parsley. Add  in pepper on fire. Boil for another 3 minutes.

Now put everything in jars, roll them up and wait for them to cool, then put them back in the cupboard. According to this recipe, the peppers stand perfectly throughout the winter.
