- onion — 1 pc.;
- beef liver — 400 g;
- sour cream — 2 tbsp.;
- tomato paste — 1 tbsp.;
- flour — 1 tbsp.;
- salt, pepper.
How to cook
Cut the beef liver into strips, and the onion into half rings. This is the main preparation of the products for cooking.
Heat a frying pan with oil. Put the onion. Start frying. After a few minutes, add the liver. Fry until a crust forms.
Add sour cream, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and flour to the pan. Mix thoroughly. If you added a little more flour than necessary, add a little water to the sauce. Keep on the heat for a few more minutes and turn off. Enjoy!
