The Gauleiters threaten to enter Ukrainians into the register of foreigners who are under occupation and refuse their Russian passports. Thus, they want to completely deprive them of their rights or force them to obtain passports.

According to the information resource, the Russians are creating a register of foreigners who are in “their country” illegally.

If a Ukrainian is entered into such a register, who is in his native land (but under the occupation of the Russian invaders), he will be prohibited from driving a car, using banking services, registering property, concluding and breaking up marriages, as well as enrolling children in preschool and educational institutions .

According to the plan of the Kremlin, this should increase the pace of passporting of the population of the temporarily occupied territories, because currently the Ukrainians continue to sabotage the reception of the enemy's red waste paper, – the report says.

At the end of the publication, the Center of National Resistance appealed to people to report on Gauleiters who are involved in passporting. In addition, the information resource called for the transfer of data on the enemy's location bases, warehouses of his equipment and ammunition.
