The nutritionist told what principles should be followed when making a diet.
The first sign, by which the specialist recommends separating food, is “edible-inedible”.
“People often eat inedible things. Expired dairy products are put on cheesecakes or fritters, cheese covered with ignoble mold is cut off and eaten, rotten vegetables and fruits are also allowed. The recommendation from me sounds like this: “eat only edible things,” the expert said.
The second sign is the division of food into basic and additional. The nutritionist includes vegetables, fruits, cereals, legumes, meat, dairy products, as well as eggs, fish, nuts, seeds and oil as basic food.
Sweets, sausage products, carbonated drinks are included in the section of additional food drinks and dishes prepared using a large amount of oil.
The nutritionist recommends making up the diet so that 85% of it is basic food and only 15% is additional.
