The expert named the top harmful ways to lose weight

A nutritionist told what not to do to lose weight.

According to the expert, many make a number of mistakes in an attempt to lose weight as quickly as possible. First of all, she denied the need to start life from scratch.

“For example, mark the point of reference: Monday. Get up, drink a glass of water with lemon, exercise, eat avocado toast, go to the gym, and in the evening… finally eat normally,” the doctor explained.

Also, the nutritionist warned against making other mistakes:

  • strict detox diets, enemas and attempts to cleanse the body for several days;
  • a diet containing less than 1200 calories per day;
  • hanging labels “harmful” and “useful” products, and then exclude the former and have only the latter;
  • daily weighing and control of the results;
  • start applying all the advice at once, and drastically rebuild the usual regime day;
  • pass a large number of tests, and then take various nutritional supplements.
