Details
After winter, the bushes need potassium feeding. And potassium is available not only in store preparations, but also in everyone's home. Experienced gardeners guessed that we are talking about ash, and they store this fertilizer with them from winter.
If spring is rainy, it is enough to simply scatter ash between the rows and under the bushes, then lightly walk with a rake. When there is no moisture, then it is necessary to either pour loose fertilizer or immediately mix it with water (1 cup of ash per 10 liters of water). Young bushes or newly planted ones will thank you if they are watered under the root with this solution.
For the first feeding of strawberries, ash is the best fertilizer!
