The four most common mistakes in watering violets have been named

The key to successful plant cultivation is proper watering. Violets can often be seen on windowsills. They bloom beautifully, forming real bouquets. To grow them like this, don't make mistakes in watering:

Cold water. Violets don't like watering that stresses them out. And cold water really stresses plants out. Florists recommend using room temperature liquid.

Frequent watering. Violets are among those plants that do not need to be watered often. It is better to underwater them than to overwater them. Excessive moisture will lead to rotting.

Wet leaves. When watering, do not allow water to get on the leaves. Especially so that it remains in the rosette. It is better to water through a tray, that is, from below. The roots will absorb as much water as the plant needs.

Evening watering. Violets do not like to be watered in the evening or at night. This will lead to waterlogging. It is better to water violets in the morning so that excess water evaporates during the day. This will prevent fungal infections.
