Pay attention to body weight and diet

“For many years there has been debate whether, for example, sugar, cow's milk and white flour have an inflammatory effect,” says Pfitzer.
For example, they are suspected of causing rheumatic diseases.
Rheumatic diseases cause pain in the joints
Rheumatism is an autoimmune disease. The body attacks its own tissues. This leads to a wide variety of symptoms, such as joint pain at rest and at night, joint swelling and often general malaise with exhaustion, fever and night sweats.
See your doctor if symptoms do not disappear
If you suspect that joint pain may be caused by a rheumatic disease, you should definitely consult a doctor. It should also be clarified if the joints are red and swollen or the symptoms do not disappear. With acute inflammation of the joints, when the joint is red and swollen, it usually helps to relax and apply cold compresses. Light, relaxed movements can also be helpful.
Exercise the body in a balanced way
Joints that usually respond early to improper loading are the ankle, knee, thigh and shoulder, and in some cases elbows. In any case, it is important to train all parts of the body in a balanced way to avoid undue stress. It also includes stretching exercises and watching the fascia.
“You also have to think about the temporomandibular joints,” says Pfitzer. “They are often neglected, and they have a great impact on the whole body.”
