Experts believe that you should wash your hair no more than two or three times a week. Doing it more often can seriously damage your hair.
– Daily washing can remove natural oil from your scalp. This makes the skin dry and the hair break a lot, says makeup artist Julian Farrell.
If your hair is already brittle, you need to wash it even less often. If it is damaged because you often style it, you will have to wash your hair no more than twice a week. You must use special products to strengthen and restore damaged hair.
– You don't need to wash your hair every day, unless, of course, you have passed by some building where dust was flying or you haven't worked out hard in the gym, – said makeup artist Scott Miller from a network of popular salons.
